FERMA CONSTRUCTION in Alaigne, in the Aude department (11), is a family business specialised in manufacturing custom-made wood-fired metal bread ovens.
Made-to-measure bread ovens
We have been making custom wood-fired bread ovens for over 25 years. We advise and guide you on the choice of the most suitable model, taking into account the bakery and the size of the user.
After validating the order, you will receive a form to fill out in order to customize the oven according to your needs (small or large capacity). Our all-metal ovens are divided into two volumes (baking and heating). They are available in three models: double revolving plate with a diameter of 180, 150 and 125 cm.
Made entirely in France and to measure, they weigh a minimum of 1 tonne and a maximum of 1.5 tonnes.
