Wood-Fired Bread Ovens in Various Diameters
Before construction begins, we take your specific requirements into account to design the ideal tool. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a form to complete, allowing you to customise the oven according to your needs, whether for small or large-capacity production.
Built entirely in metal, our ovens feature two separate chambers (baking and heating) and are available in three models: double rotating hearth with a diameter of 180, 150 or 125 cm. Manufactured in France and fully bespoke, they weigh between 1 tonne and 1.5 tonnes. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer two packages—with or without delivery—and we take care of installing the finished product.
We can also adapt our structures for bread oven manufacturing with pellet burners if you wish to diversify your energy sources. With a dedicated after-sales service, we promptly address all your requests and ensure your installation operates smoothly.
We manufacture bread ovens with diameters of 125, 150, or 180 cm, designed to suit all bakeries and production levels.
